There is a 24 hours warranty on any of the drones above 2,500 rupees only, rest any of items dont have any warranty.

If the product is defective, you can contact us on WhatsApp at 9538208573 and briefly explain the problem within the specified warranty period for exchange. If the product is defective, you will be notified of the next exchange process on WhatsApp itself

If in case, you receive a Wrong/ Empty/ Damaged/ missing/ parcel, the complaint will only be considered if you have the proper unboxing video from the starting when the parcel is seal packed till you turn on the product in the same video (if not charged- then charge and show in the same Video). Returned items must be delivered to us unused, in original packaging, and in the condition, they were received or may not be eligible for exchange. All goods will be inspected on return. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we might not process the request for exchange. 

We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in the return shipment, therefore we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. INDIA POST could be a preferred medium as it is budget friendly.
